What You'll Do

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues

Perform routine maintenance and service on heating and cooling units

Install replacement parts and verify system performance

Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers

Keep service reports up to date and follow company procedures

Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
What We're Looking For

HVAC experience preferred but not required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Good communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC field
